Slide decks and handouts are made accessible to our attendees via our conference app. If you wish for your materials to be included, you must provide them using the Dropbox link below by 11:59pm on February 23, 2026.

Only PDF files are accepted. Please convert all files (even PowerPoints) to PDF before uploading.

Please name your files with your session title ONLY. If you have multiple files, add a number to the file name, for example, "Amazing Session 1", "Amazing Session 2", etc.

Breakout rooms will be set classroom style and can seat up to 120 participants.

Breakout rooms are equipped with:

• Projector
• Screen
• HDMI Cable
• Wifi

Presenters need to bring their presentations on their own laptop or tablet with HDMI connectivity.

Presenters are required to bring their slide decks/presentations on their own laptop or tablet. We encourage you to check your connection prior to the scheduled time of your session.
