EXHIBIT DETAILS

Each exhibit table includes one six foot table, two chairs, and access to wifi.

SHIPPING OF DISPLAYS/PRODUCTS

If you need to ship your display or materials directly to the hotel, details will be made available in January 2027.

Please have all exhibit staff carefully review our Sponsor Terms & Conditions for proper conduct.

Exhibits must remain open through the posted hours of the conference. You may begin to tear down at 3:30pm on Friday, February 26.

We are expecting 300 counselors to attend this year. Please plan your materials accordingly.
